OVERVIEW

Enjoy either our stylish one bedroomed Apartment or Studio experience in this central, cosmopolitan, Cape Town southern suburb of Claremont. Equally perfect for work or holiday.

The Apartment:
The one bedroomed apartment that sleeps 2, features a kitchenette, private bathroom, and streaming services. Additional amenities include a work desk, dining area, and private entrance. An extra large shower, gorgeous eat in kitchen with all the basics, plus 100% cotton bedding and soft lighting makes this an ideal retreat.

The Studio:
This 1 bedroom studio that sleeps 2 includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, a hairdryer, bathroom amenities and slippers. In the well-equipped kitchenette, guests will find a refrigerator, kitchenware, a microwave, airfryer and a toaster. This studio features a private entrance, a tea and coffee maker, flat-screen TV with streaming services.

A continental, vegetarian, and vegan breakfast including juice, fresh pastries, cheese, and fruits as well as wine/champagne for guests is available on request.

Cavendish shopping centre is 100m away as well as many restaurants, cinemas and gyms.

5 min drive to UCT and Groote Schuur and 50m to Jammie Shuttle. Kirstenbosch, Constantia Wine Route and the vibrant Waterfront all 10-15 minutes drive away.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT HAVE PARKING. There are two parking arcades nearby – these do offer overnight parking and are in walking distance.

The apartment has a queen sized bedroom with an open plan sitting and work space, bathroom and separate kitchenette situated on the ground floor. This apartment has an extra large shower, choice of toiletries, gorgeous, intimate, eat in kitchen and a coffee machine. Soft lighting and at the back of the building , makes this apartment an ideal retreat. It has two step out patios , both with plants and flowers to give you a garden feel.

The Studio has a queen sized bedroom with ensuite bathroom and an open plan kitchenette for 'heat and eat meals' complete with a small dining table/work desk. It has a sunny reading nook , smart TV and lots of natural light.

This apartment is up one flight of stairs to the first floor.

I am private host who owns and manage two units – not the whole building :)

I do not reside on site and do have other work commitments, so please do read and reply to communications for a smooth stay. I believe in comfort and beauty and having as many needs met as possible. My aim is to assist you in any way possible to make this your ideal space for a work trip or a vacation.

Catering is available if needed and can be delivered to your kitchen at additional costs. Special occasion cakes or a bottle of bubbles – just let me know and it will be chilling in your fridge. A ‘continental’ breakfast of croissants, breads, granola , cheese, jam , yoghurt, fruit and rusks with cappuccinos is available in a breakfast basket for your stay. Need a haircut or massage , possibly an energy healing session – just let me know and we will book it for you.

Claremont is a very Cosmopolitan suburb in the centre of Cape Town. Lots of wonderful restaurants , food markets and gyms within walking distance. The cinema at Cavendish Square is on the top level and a real experience all on its own. Stadium on main (SOM) , literally around the corner offers many fun activities including laser tag , neon putt putt and bowling alleys. Two well known night clubs and a pool bar are on the main road. Whilst the area is alive and vibey , the apartment itself is quiet and cozy. As with all areas – please take care at night and when dark.

Smoking is only allowed in the step out patios of the one bedroom apartment. All other smoking to be done outsode the building please.

No pets allowed.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.
